About Our Client

We are working with a well-established business based in Bromley seeking a standalone Talent Acquisition Manager to join their busy HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective candidate attraction strategies to deliver a diverse range of quality candidates.
  • Design and execute an efficient process that provides high-quality candidates for leaders and an outstanding candidate journey for both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Support the succession planning process, ensuring gaps are considered in future hiring activity and helping business leaders identify opportunities to bridge the gaps.
  • Build data to evaluate the talent acquisition process, including time to hire, Glass Door percentage of candidates interviewed, and competitor salaries and benefits.

The Ideal Candidate

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should possess:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or studying towards.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition role.
  • Desirable: financial services experience.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment process.
