About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our client, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business based in Bromley, working closely with the HR team to drive talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide relevant candidate market insight to inform recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement effective candidate attraction tools, including LinkedIn, to drive quality candidate pipelines
  • Deploy diverse candidate attraction strategies to deliver a range of quality candidates
  • Build pools of potential candidates for future roles from various sources
  • Design and implement efficient processes to provide high-quality candidates for leaders and an outstanding candidate journey for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
  • Support the onboarding of new hires by ensuring induction plans and goals are set
  • Support new hires in settling into their roles and obtain feedback on their experience as new colleagues
  • Support succession planning, identifying gaps and advising on future hiring activity
  • Advise business leaders on defining skillsets required to achieve strategic goals
  • Build data to evaluate the talent acquisition process, including time to hire, Glass Door data, and competitor salaries and benefits
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or studying towards
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Financial services experience desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process
  • Excellent organisational skills
What We Offer
