Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead peer support meetings, fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere
  • Encourage members to share their experiences and feelings, promoting a sense of community and understanding
  • Work collaboratively with the Changes team to ensure the smooth operation of meetings
