About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Development Coordinator in the London Borough of Hounslow.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our community-based team and make a real difference in the lives of people affected by dementia.

As a Community Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community-based programs and services that promote social inclusion and support for people with dementia and their carers.

You will work closely with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to build relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

They will also have a strong understanding of the needs of people with dementia and their carers, and be able to develop and deliver programs that meet these needs.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community-based programs and services that promote social inclusion and support for people with dementia and their carers.
  • Build relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the community-based team to develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of people with dementia and their carers.
  • Provide support and guidance to community groups and organizations to help them develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of people with dementia and their carers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community-based programs and services, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
