You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with a Salaried GP and Paramedic Practitioners to manage home visits. The practice works in conjunction with the PCN, providing access to additional services such as Pharmacists and Social Prescribers. You will receive support from a skilled administrative and management team, with opportunities for professional development to improve patient care.
