The Senior Engagement Wellbeing Assistant plays a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and enriching environment for our residents. This involves leading and coordinating a range of activities and programmes that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The role requires hands-on engagement with residents and providing support to junior Engagement Wellbeing assistants. The Assistant works closely with the Home Manager and care teams to develop engaging activities and programmes that foster a sense of community and fulfillment for our residents.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating activities, providing support to junior staff, and working collaboratively with the care team to create a resident-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
