Clinical Operations Director

About the Company:
Our client, a pioneering biotech company, is at the forefront of developing innovative treatments in the neuropsychiatry space. Focused on early-phase clinical trials, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee their clinical programs. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization dedicated to transforming patient outcomes in neuropsychiatry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive clinical trial strategies, ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical operations with the company's overall strategy.
- Oversee protocol development, site selection, trial monitoring, and data collection, while ensuring key milestones are met.
- Build and manage relationships with CROs, clinical sites, and external partners to ensure high-quality clinical trial delivery.
- Drive operational improvements across the clinical operations function.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in clinical operations management, with a strong focus on Phase 1/2 clinical trials.
- Proven track record in neuropsychiatry or CNS-related therapeutic areas.
- Deep understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial management systems.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
