Head of Ecommerce Job Description

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head of Ecommerce to join our team at HeadX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our ecommerce business.

About the Role

The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. This will include managing our ecommerce platform, optimizing our online shopping experience, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Manage our ecommerce platform, including Shopify and other related technologies
  • Optimize our online shopping experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through data-driven decision making and A/B testing
  • Lead a team of ecommerce professionals to ensure the successful execution of our ecommerce strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving growth and success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of ecommerce professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, including Shopify and other related technologies
