Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our team as Money Advice Partners at settle. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, providing expert guidance on welfare benefits and debt management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer personalized support to residents, providing practical advice on budgeting, benefit entitlement, and debt management.
  • Assist residents in navigating the welfare system, ensuring they receive the support they need to sustain their tenancy.
  • Manage a complex caseload, working independently to resolve resident's financial issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Record all service delivery activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing debt advice and guidance, with a strong understanding of welfare benefits and housing legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently, managing a complex caseload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
