Job Summary

Abacus Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, while leading a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners to deliver required outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reports and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Business Partnering: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure team success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise understanding.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Skills: Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
