Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Abacus Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, while leading a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners to deliver required outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and present meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss complex accounting matters.
  • Take ownership of BAU Change, Tech, and customer services, ensuring seamless delivery of financial information.
  • Deputise for the Financial Controller for business partnering requirements, providing exceptional support to the team.
  • Identify new opportunities and solutions to drive business growth, working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Support, coach, and mentor Assistant Finance Business Partners to ensure their success and growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong business partnering skills across various sectors, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, with experience in a fast-paced, reputable organisation.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for business success.
  • Excellent IT literacy, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to the values of Abacus Consulting.
