Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Abacus Consulting. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders, while leading a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners to deliver required outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and present meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss complex accounting matters and provide financial insights.
  • Take ownership of BAU Change, Tech, and customer services, ensuring seamless delivery of financial services.
  • Deputise for the Financial Controller for business partnering requirements, providing strategic financial guidance.
  • Identify new opportunities and solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Support, coach, and mentor Assistant Finance Business Partners to ensure their development and success.
Requirements:
  • Strong business partnering skills across various sectors, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, reputable organisation, with a strong track record of stakeholder management.
  • Highly IT literate, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work towards business deadlines.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with experience leading a team of business partners.
