About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Beckett Place, a 10-bedded female, step-down relationally secure unit for women with severe mental illness and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive patient-focused nursing assessments and co-produce care plans in consultation with service users and their families and carers.
  • Assist the Unit Manager in developing a service that meets the needs of patients with regard to their age, spiritual, cultural, ethnic, and sexual orientation.
  • Provide management and clinical supervision to members of staff and conduct annual appraisals/IPDRs.
  • Liaise effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and statutory and non-statutory organisations involved with client care.
