About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet and Training Administrator to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our Rail department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Administration: Monitor expiry dates for qualifications and book training courses to renew certification for operatives and operations staff.
  2. Fleet Management: Support the internal Fleet team by booking MOTs, Repairs, and Services, as well as logging HGV requirements and use on a weekly basis.
  3. Administrative Support: Assist the commercial team with supplier invoice queries, update systems to log and update required day-to-day evidence for the commercial and operations teams.
  4. Onboarding and Inductions: Help onboard new starters, supporting with inductions, training, setting up I.T, and sorting new PPE.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar admin role, preferably in a busy environment such as Construction, Rail, or Civil Engineering.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  4. Methodical and organized approach, with a focus on attention to detail.
