About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Buyer to join our Buying Team at our Head Office in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing weekly trade reports, presenting to the wider team, negotiating with suppliers, building and developing product ranges, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • A proven background in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the luxury watch industry.
  • A keen eye for product trends and innovation, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage and coordinate multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering product proposals, with a strong understanding of market analysis and competitor research.
  • Able to shape and plan product ranges for retail, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
