About the Role

Shanly Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the build programme, ensuring key dates are met and any changes are well managed and communicated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the build programme, including managing sub-contractors and labourers.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring health and safety protocols are upheld at all times.
  • Continuously monitor the quality of the build and assist in the continuous improvement of our homes.
  • Collaborate with other regional teams to ensure problems are addressed and rectified.

About You

We are looking for a proven Site Manager with experience working for a residential house builder in a similar level role. You should have excellent team management skills, be able to motivate site teams, and have a demonstrable understanding and application of health and safety best practice and legislation.
