About the Role

We are seeking a talented Housing Management Lawyer to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Social Housing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defend housing conditions claims and manage a portfolio of pre-litigation and litigated files
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the team's expertise in social housing law
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services

Requirements

  • Experience in housing management law, preferably in a private practice or in-house setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent client care and relationship skills
