Job Title: LGV Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LGV Driver to join our team at Culina Group. As an LGV Driver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Liaising with the Transport Operations desk to ensure smooth logistics and communication.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is driven safely and efficiently, with a focus on road safety and environmental awareness.
  • Accurately completing all necessary documentation and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of the vehicle, using manual or mechanical lifting equipment where authorized.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
  • Flexible with shift starting and finishing times, and willing to work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Valid LGV Class 1 Licence.
  • Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers' hours.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
