We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team at SSE Enterprise.
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a specified customer segment in our major connections business.
You will work closely with senior managers and your team to deliver the customer services strategy across the networks business, including delivering outstanding performance against customer satisfaction targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of large-scale major connections customers
- Liaising with stakeholders and customers, managing internal relationships within the organisation and acting as the voice of the customer
- Ensuring that all risks/issues/concerns/successes arising with the portfolio are reported back to the business
- Actively promoting responsibility for maintaining and establishing open, honest, and positive communication
- Managing relationships and communication with key industry bodies
Requirements:
- Experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels
- Experience in managing stakeholder and customers involved in large financial transactions
- An understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate
- The ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn complex technical language into messaging appropriate for the audience
