Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a specified customer segment in the major connections business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of large-scale major connections customers
  • Liaise with stakeholders and customers, managing internal relationships within the organisation acting as the voice of the customer
  • Ensure that all risks/issues/concerns/successes arising with the portfolio are reported back to the business
  • Actively promote responsibility for maintaining and establishing open, honest, and positive communication
  • Managing relationships and communication with key industry bodies
Requirements
  • Experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels
  • Experience in managing stakeholder and customers involved in large financial transactions
  • An understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate
  • The ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn complex technical language into messaging appropriate for the audience
