Client Support Specialist

Are you prepared for the next step in your career? We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance our operations. This role is full-time and offers a blend of in-office and remote work. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving our expanding clientele.

Role Overview

As the main point of contact for client support inquiries, this position is crucial for delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include daily interactions with clients, building strong relationships, and managing bookings and performance metrics efficiently.

  • Leverage the operational system to oversee daily activities.
  • Notify relevant parties of any deviations from established processes.
  • Track and report daily operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address and escalate customer complaints with detailed information in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) requests effectively.
  • Oversee the claims process with precision.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of incoming data and investigate any discrepancies thoroughly.
  • Monitor client compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and report any irregularities.
  • Generate precise operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Alert management to any fluctuations in volume or changes that deviate from forecasts.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a client service role within logistics, transportation, or supply chain management (essential).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while taking initiative.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient IT skills to navigate various systems and tools effectively.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
