Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries
  • Create customer quotes, ensuring accurate documentation of order specifications
  • Enter customer orders into internal systems
  • Address customer complaints, offering solutions and processing refunds when necessary
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed by the business

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and occasionally in person
