**About the Role:**
- Undertake daily duties to include query management, business process improvement, order fulfillment, and customer support.
- Assist with order book management to ensure accuracy of monthly targets and on-time delivery.
- Monitor workloads and plan workload with the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement changes to enhance business performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management to address issues and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports.
