Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the production department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met and address any problems that arise.
  • Organize rotas for all employees within the production department, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
