Job Overview

As a Process Operator in our Production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Raw Board department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive training to develop skills and knowledge in all areas of the Raw Board department.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment.
  • Complete shift reports to detail production progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with the Shift Supervisor and engineering department to ensure equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

  • Reasonable standard of secondary education.
  • Fork Lift Truck Licence preferred, or ability to operate a FLT with training.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Products.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on a four shift system, including night shifts.
