Accommodation Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our professional housekeeping team at The Court Yard Hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accommodation Manager in the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department.
  • Manage the accommodation department in the absence of the Accommodation Manager.
  • Work in conjunction with the housekeeping team to ensure that all bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned/maintained to the highest standard.
  • Work in conjunction with the housekeeping team to ensure the cleaning of all public areas within the hotel.
  • Work in conjunction with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to ensure that the overall guest experience and expectations are achieved.
  • Provide excellent customer care to our guests at all times.
  • Staff Training.
  • Stock ordering.
  • Rosters.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or Senior Accommodation Assistant is essential.
  • Previous HACCP training would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
  • Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help where required in all areas of the hotel.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent people/customer care skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Must be available for early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
