As a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator at Avendra International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain team in purchasing data analysis, administration, client service, and supplier management.

Data Management:
  • Assist in data preparation for category reviews and tenders
  • Request, review, analyze, and report on supplier data
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams on contract build and execution, including loading onto our Contract Software System
  • Support the Team on key project deliveries
  • Assist the Directors and Managers in ensuring business compliance with company policies and procedures
Supplier Performance Management:
  • Compliance report analysis for key suppliers
  • Establish, build, and harness long-term relationships both internally and externally
  • Prioritize workload and differentiate between urgent and important tasks
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability, particularly through Excel
