Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in a prestigious global interiors and architectural design firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both professional and personal correspondence, ensuring timely responses and organization.
  • Oversee comprehensive calendar management, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing engagements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for business and personal trips, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Organize meetings and events, liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in project coordination and staff logistics, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
  • Manage a private property portfolio, providing support for various projects as needed.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to teamwork, exhibit high energy levels, and demonstrate resilience and professionalism. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar EA role supporting a CEO or equivalent is required.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from £70,000 to £75,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment: This is an office-based position with standard hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, with potential for additional hours as necessary.
