Job Title: Outreach Worker

Family Lives is seeking a dedicated and passionate Outreach Worker to join our team. As an Outreach Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the delivery of our Whole Family Relationship Support service across Leicestershire.

About the Role:

As an Outreach Worker, you will work closely with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships. You will also collaborate with our statutory and voluntary partners to promote the service and refer families who may need support to navigate through any family relationship difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to enhance service delivery and outreach efforts
  • Build strong relationships with families and our partners, working independently and as part of a team
  • Provide access to our range of family support interventions, delivered within the home or in community settings
  • Monitor and collect data to inform service delivery and improvement
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in family support and community engagement, who is passionate about making a positive impact in families' lives. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and our partners.
