### Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to support our clients with accurate and timely payroll processing. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy in RTI submissions, and handling pension administration duties.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage payroll for a diverse client base, utilizing payroll systems for weekly and monthly processing
* Ensure accuracy in RTI submissions and effectively handle pension administration duties
* Conduct manual calculations, managing holiday pay, SSP & SMP, and other statutory payments
* Maintain meticulous financial records
* Provide professional and efficient responses to client queries
### Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar Payroll position
* Experience working with Pensions and Weekly / Monthly wages is essential
* IT Skills in Xero, Quickbooks and Excel
* Great communicator and interpersonal abilities
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
