Salary and benefits: Competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000, complemented by a performance-related bonus of up to 32%, comprehensive private medical insurance, generous annual leave of 38 days, a robust pension scheme, life assurance at 12 times your salary, career break options, income protection, and volunteer days.

Role Overview:

  • Lead a team and oversee projects within the Operational Resilience Program, ensuring compliance with the Risk Appetites established by the Board.
  • Provide ongoing program updates that are prioritized and relevant to Phoenix and our Risk Universe.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote best practices in Operational Resilience.
  • Manage a team of Operational Resilience experts to enhance performance and foster employee engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to facilitate the integration of our strategy into broader business objectives.
  • Participate in external industry discussions to remain informed about current trends.
