About the Role

Zenoot Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Procurement and Strategy Manager for Civils to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process for civils and groundwork projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for civils and groundwork projects
  • Lead design and procurement workshops with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate and clash detect designs received from consultants and subcontractors
  • Negotiate costs and scope with consultants and subcontractors
  • Provide support to project delivery teams, design, and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Professional experience in civils and groundwork, including design and commercial functionalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret and advise on ground surveys, sectional agreements, and designs
  • Experience in estimating or quantity surveying is highly desirable
