Procurement and Strategy Manager for Civils

Zenoot Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Strategy Manager for Civils to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process for civils and groundwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for civils and groundwork projects
  • Lead design and procurement workshops with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate and clash detect designs received from consultants and subcontractors
  • Negotiate costs and scope with consultants and subcontractors
  • Support project delivery teams with design and commercial functions

About the Role:

The Procurement and Strategy Manager for Civils will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with our design and commercial teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in civils and groundwork, including design and commercial functions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
