About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Platform Administrator to join our team at Aegon. As a key member of our back office operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer requests and queries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work with our Platform Academy to develop your skills and knowledge in financial administration.
  • Contribute to the development of a career path, with opportunities for professional qualification in financial administration or planning.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary starting from £23,400, depending on experience.
  • 34 days leave per year, including bank holidays and pro-rated for part-time.
  • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%.
  • A range of benefits, including healthcare, dental, holiday trading, cycle to work scheme, and gym memberships.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre, face-to-face, or help-desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and take ownership of customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
