Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Urban Economist to join our Economics Department based in London. As a Senior Urban Economist, you will provide strategic, economic, and financial advisory services at every stage of the project development process to help deliver on Clients' visions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop economic strategies for regional, urban, and industrial plans using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Coordinate and liaise with other disciplines in project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all quality assurance and control requirements in line with internal processes.
- Contribute to project proposals and other business development activities as required.
- Travel for Client meetings and workshops as needed.
- Strong first degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Urban and Regional Planning, Real Estate Development, or similar).
- Postgraduate qualification (MSc or MBA) an advantage.
- 3-7+ years of relevant consulting or project development experience.
- Technical skills: Good technical capabilities and experience in providing professional economic advice across a range of projects.
- Experience in managing time and resources to meet project deadlines within budget.
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams in the delivery of projects.
