Position Overview

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to present this opportunity for a dedicated and proactive individual who excels in communication across various levels within the dynamic Education Training Administration Team in the Education department.

Eligibility Criteria

This position is exclusively available to individuals currently employed within an NHS Trust in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).

Key Responsibilities

Operating between Royal Hampshire County Hospital and Basingstoke North Hampshire Hospital, you will collaborate with fellow team members to deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will engage closely with the broader team across all Hampshire Hospital locations.

It is anticipated that applicants will possess an NVQ (QCF) Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service Administration, or ICT Level 2, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications. Additionally, candidates should have GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A*-C or equivalent, and relevant experience in a similar administrative capacity.

Required Experience in Administration

Essential Qualifications

Level 2 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent qualifications or experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Level 3 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent qualifications or experience.

Proficiency in IT/Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Skills

Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite to a high standard, ECDL or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with HHFT GreenBrain training platform and ESR.

Customer Service Expertise

Essential Experience

Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer-facing role.

Preferred Experience

Administrative experience within an NHS training and development context.
