About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales at the till point
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with cash handling and wrapping/packing of goods
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a warm and welcoming personality. Previous retail experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
