As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong command of the English language
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • A high level of attention to detail

Working Hours

We operate a flexible working schedule, with team members alternating between 8:30am-4:30pm and 9:30am-5:30pm on a rota basis. You will also work one Saturday in six, providing a great work-life balance.
