Job Title: Executive Search Resourcer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Search Resourcer to join our dynamic team at Collingwood Executive Search. As a key member of our Executive Search team, you will be responsible for providing research and headhunting support to consultants and clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify target lists of companies and/or candidates for executive search assignments
  • Work closely with consultants to understand client requirements and develop effective search strategies
  • Take ownership of our structured Client / Candidate processes
  • Conduct initial search processes, including candidate approaching, for executive search assignments
  • Assist consultants with managing client and candidate relationships
  • Input, manage, and maintain accuracy on our in-house CRM database

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of research or recruitment consultant experience in any industry
  • Strong personal drive, a can-do attitude, and the initiative to find solutions to problems
  • Confident, natural communicator with a strong attention to detail and a keen interest in people
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
