Collingwood Executive Search is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the technology, healthcare, aerospace, and built environment sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough research to identify top talent for our clients' senior-level and niche roles
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
* Utilize our in-house CRM database to manage and maintain accuracy of candidate information
* Collaborate with our team to provide a market-leading client and candidate experience

**Requirements:**

* At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or research in any industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
