Executive Search Resourcer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Search Resourcer to join our dynamic team at Collingwood Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing research and headhunting support to consultants and clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify target lists of companies and/or candidates for executive search assignments
- Work closely with consultants to understand client requirements and develop effective search strategies
- Take ownership of our structured Client / Candidate processes, ensuring seamless execution and excellent results
- Conduct initial search processes, including candidate approaching, for executive search assignments
- Assist consultants with managing client and candidate relationships, providing exceptional service and support
- Input, manage, and maintain accuracy on our in-house CRM database
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of research or recruitment consultant experience in any industry
- A natural team player with a strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and cultural values
- Strong personal drive, a can-do attitude, and the initiative to find solutions to problems and contribute to business development
- Confident, natural communication skills with a strong attention to detail and interest in people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
