**The Role**
As our Legal Assistant, you will be crucial to our continued success by playing a key role in all in-house legal duties ensuring a sound understanding of historical covenants linked to land and title. along with requesting and reviewing search results in order to maintain our commitment to legal diligence and excellence.
**The Person**
Experience working within property law, the housebuilding sector or green services environment (grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping & estates services) is preferable but what is essential is the willingness and ability to do what is right.
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Assisting in the reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and issuing of transfers and agreements.
- Requesting and reviewing Land Registry documents, as well as conducting necessary searches.
- Identifying Risks & Opportunities prior to land transfers.
- Providing executive summaries of planning or other council documents.
- Reviewing plans related to both residential and commercial properties.
- Attending internal and external meetings where legal support may be required.
- Assisting the wider business with any legal inquiries.
