Key Responsibilities:- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the operations of our food and beverage outlets
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Develop and train the Food and Beverage team to drive sales and revenue growth
- Work within budgeted guidelines to optimize food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
- Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking
- Maximize sales and revenue opportunities across Food and Beverage
- Support with appraisals and performance reviews for team members
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain good working relationships and ensure seamless operations
