Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective collaboration between global clients and various internal departments.
  • Participate in pricing strategies, sales proposals, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Oversee clients' Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to maximize profitability.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Manage clients' digital presence, including websites and social media.
  • Coordinate efforts to expand the client base through prospecting.
  • Organize and lead client training sessions and visits.
  • Work alongside regulatory teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Handle logistics for international trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of export regulations and compliance in the beauty sector.
  • Familiarity with SAGE 200 and Power BI reporting tools or similar software.

Language Proficiency

  • Multilingual capabilities are valued, especially in Arabic or Chinese, though not mandatory.

Experience Required

  • 2 to 5 years in a comparable role.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to £50K, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Discretionary.
  • Staff Discount: 65% on products.
  • Monthly Product Allowance: Provided.
  • Holidays: 33 days, including bank holidays.
  • Additional Day Off for Birthday.
  • Pension Scheme: Available.
  • Hybrid Working Model: 3 days in the office per week.
