Job Summary

Holmes Search is seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Director to lead our Conduct Risk Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, product development, and client portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Risk Advisory: Identify, pitch, win, and deliver conduct risk regulatory projects, including regulatory compliance, regulatory training, skilled persons reviews, past business reviews, remediation, regulatory due diligence, culture, governance, and conduct reviews.
  • Conduct Risk Program Development: Design, review, enhance, implement, and monitor conduct risk programs for UK regulated firms.
  • Capability Gap Analysis: Identify capability gaps and create a business case to fulfill those gaps, including the competitive landscape, need, costs, execution plan, and ROI development.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, experience managing professional services or consulting organization/business line, experience managing proposal financials and business case analysis, proven track record in managing complex commercial engagements, subject matter expertise in conduct risk compliance regulations, flexibility to travel, and proven experience effectively prioritizing workload.
