You will have experience of leading busy clinical teams and will ensure high quality patient outcomes by supporting our nurses and health care assistants to continue to deliver high quality care and support to patients in their own home. You will be used to managing risk and balancing demands and being responsible for driving ongoing service development to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our local population which is diverse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead clinical teams to deliver high quality patient care
  • Support nurses and healthcare assistants to continue delivering high quality care and support
  • Manage risk and balance demands to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Drive ongoing service development to meet the needs of the local population
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulatory standards

This maternity cover role will be based at the Main Hospice site, working during the core business hours, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility will be required due to the nature of the service to cover occasional shifts including weekends and nights.
