About the Role

We're seeking a talented Sales and Events Manager to join our team at The Mill at Elstead. As a Sales and Events Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets. You'll also ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, providing exceptional customer service and maximising pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales and event management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the local market, including potential clients and competitors
  • Ability to create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year
