About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive/Event Planner to join our team at Caper & Berry, a luxury event caterer based in Guildford, Surrey. As a key member of our sales and planning team, you will be responsible for developing client and venue relationships, winning business, and guiding clients through the initial planning stages of their events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing cost sheets and creative proposals for weddings, parties, and corporate events
  • Converting enquiries into confirmed events
  • Preparing accurate and detailed function sheets for each confirmed event and conducting a thorough handover process with the event management team
  • Attending occasional events to build client/venue relationships or increase venue/operational knowledge
Requirements
  • Experienced sales executive within event catering
  • Knowledgeable about planning weddings, parties, and corporate events
  • A passion for high-quality food and service
  • Car driver who is happy to travel to client sites around the South-East
