Leisure Manager Opportunity

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Newbury North.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance and organization of the leisure club, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving targets.
  • Train, develop, and coach the team to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
  • Manage all leisure club activities, including fitness programs, events, and promotions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leisure management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of fitness and wellness programs, with the ability to develop and implement new initiatives.
