Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including duty management shifts and weekend work
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work flexibly, including duty management shifts and weekend work
  • Passion for a healthy lifestyle and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
